Refund Policy

All Datvoro products are digital downloads delivered instantly after checkout. Because files can't be returned once downloaded, all sales are final.

When we will help
If any of the following happens, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll either send a working replacement or give you a full refund:
- A file is damaged, corrupted, or won't open
- You didn't receive your download link
- The product doesn't match what's described on its product page
- You were charged twice for the same order

How to request help
Email ekanedom@outlook.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Updates
Purchases include 12 months of updates. When a new edition is issued, we email a download link to the address used at checkout. Updates are included at no extra cost and don't affect refund eligibility.

Not medical advice
Our products are information tools, not medical advice. Refunds aren't issued on the grounds that a brand later changed a product's formula or label after our check date — that's exactly what the free updates are for.
